Who we are
AVP Talent Solutions (“AVP”, “we”) is a recruitment and talent advisory firm based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data from clients, candidates and visitors to avptalent.com.
What we collect
- Clients: name, company, work email, phone and the details of the role you brief us on.
- Candidates: name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn profile, CV and anything you choose to tell us about your preferences.
- Website visitors: standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers.
How forms on this site work
Submissions from the mandate and profile forms are emailed directly to AVP and are not stored in this website’s database. Uploaded CVs are transmitted as email attachments and the temporary copy is deleted immediately after sending.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and run the search you have briefed us on.
- To consider you for current and future roles that match your profile, and to contact you about them.
- To share your profile with a prospective employer, only with your consent for that specific role.
Retention
Candidate profiles are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Client briefs are retained for the duration of the engagement and our statutory record-keeping period.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to vinaykn@avptalent.com. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Third parties
This site is hosted by GoDaddy. The “Book a call” feature loads a Google Calendar booking page only when you open it. We do not sell personal data.
