He has hired across India, APAC, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, in sectors from IT and logistics to aerospace, pharma and BFSI. He founded AVP Talent Solutions in Bengaluru to give companies a recruitment partner who stays on the mandate personally, from the first brief to the first 90 days.
Both sides of the table
Vinay started in agency recruitment and moved in-house to lead talent acquisition for high-growth Indian companies — Ola, Quikr and Commonfloor through their fastest scaling years, Kale Logistics and Cropin as they built specialist teams in logistics technology and agri-tech.
That mix — seeing hiring from the hiring manager's chair and from the search desk — is what AVP is built on. Briefs are calibrated the way a hiring manager thinks, not the way a database searches. Shortlists are short because the assessment has already been done.
He founded AVP Talent Solutions in Bengaluru as a boutique recruitment and talent advisory firm: niche and leadership hiring, lateral pipelines, contract staffing, and fractional TA leadership for companies that want senior attention on every mandate.
